This client is a niche player in the retail industry selling consumer products over the internet in various markets across Asia. Their products have very strong consumer mass appeal and are sold nationwide in each respective market. Our client’s goal was rapidly expand their footprint into Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong through a new retail strategy of utilizing mobile marketing channels for all aspects of the customer procurement lifecycle.
